Making A Purchase
Browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. If you need to change the contents of your basket click on 'checkout' and follow the instructions. When you are ready to make your purchase you will be taken through to the PayPal payments page. We use PayPal as it is both secure and easy, and allows you to pay for your goods safely via your credit or debit card or directly from your bank. You will receive an automated order confirmation. However, we may still need to contact you if there are any problems with your order.

Shipping & Handling
Postage and packing is £3.95 for UK orders, £4.95 for European orders & £6.95 for all orders that are made outside Europe. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders and up to 14 days for international orders. If you need a delivery urgently, please call us on 0207 622 5299 to discuss this, as we may be able to help.

Returns Policy
If the goods are unsuitable or faulty, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Once you have made contact with us, please return the goods to Boutique Babylon, 98, Clapham High Street, London, SW4 7UL, specifying if you would like a replacement or a full refund. If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell them, so they must be unworn and undamaged in order to qualify for your refund.
